All my pieces are fired twice. The first time at 980°C, after which I glaze each piece and then fire it again at 1240°C.
This means that the resulting ceramic will be food safe and dishwasher resistant.
Only in a few cases, when the glaze used does not allow it, the pieces will not be food safe and dishwasher proof. This will be indicated in the product description.
